We value your privacy as much as we value your business. All information (e.g., your name and email address) submitted to Avier is held strictly private. All your information is kept securely behind firewall protection. We do not and never will sell any customer information.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
The Information We Collect
To ensure a smooth shopping experience for visitors who have created an account on our website, or visitors have placed an order without creating an account, we keep the following customer-provided information on file:

For customers who register a Avier product on our website, we keep the following information on file to validate any future warranty claims:

- Country of registration (for direct forwarding of any future warranty claims to the corresponding Service Center)
How to Delete Your Data
If at any time you would like your personal information removed from our system, please send an email to service@avier.com.tw with the subject “delete my account” and we will process your request within 10 business days. At that time you will receive an email confirmation from our support team detailing the data that was removed along with your internal Customer ID number.
Site Terms
Avier has developed these Site Terms to govern your use of Avier’s site, located at www.avier.com.tw (the “Site”). Avier provides the Content (defined below) available to you on the Site subject to the following conditions. Your access to, and use of, the Site indicates your agreement to these Site Terms. Our shopping cart only uses a temporary cookie to store your shopping cart information, and a number cookie to track our advertising. We do not store any of your personal information with cookies.
About e-Newsletters and e-Vouchers
We do not spam. Periodically, we may send you information via email about new product releases or online credits that you may redeem for purchases on our online shop. Only Avier will send you these direct mailings. If you do not want to be included on our mailing list, simply tell us when you sign up for your account. If at any time you wish to be removed from the mailing list, simply write to our customer team at service@avier.com.tw.
Content Ownership

Avier disclaims any responsibility or liability for any diminution, reduction or elimination or voiding of any third-party warranty coverage arising out of or related to actions taken pursuant to Avier’s technical assistance information or advice.
